At this time, we are private pay for Speech Services.
We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards cards.
All payments are due at or before the time of service.

Superbills can also be provided for insurance reimbursement.
Insurance
The Missing Voice Program is working diligently on the credentialing process to provide more equitable care to the Austin community.

However, our speech services may qualify for OUT-OF-NETWORK reimbursement, for health insurance policies including this benefit.

We will gladly provide you the documentation necessary for you to submit for reimbursement, per your request. Please contact your insurance provider for their reimbursement policies and rates.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens! Schedule changes can be made free of charge if your therapist is given a minimum of 24 hours notice.
To honor your and your therapists time, late cancellations (less than 24hours notice) or missed appointments are charged a rate of the session.
