How much do sessions cost?
My sessions are $140 per hour for counseling services. We have some availability with insurance with our platforms, Alma and Headway. Click here to learn more.

Why should I go to counseling?
Counseling can be a valuable resource that can help with behaviors, experiences, or distortions you may be going through. I highly recommend we all see a therapist similarly as we do physician to ensure that our mental health is also being taken care of.
Where will sessions take place?
At this time, sessions are held virtually in a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Trainings and consultations may be conducted virtually or at your clinics, offices, or schools.
